You may also register by mail or in person at Frye's Action Athletics in Forest Grove.

The deadline for registration is July 15, 2008.  If you register after the deadline, your child will be placed on a waiting list and not be guarenteed team and/or coach requests.  For the best chance of getting on the team of your choice, please register before July 15th.  Fees are $70 per player, with a $150 maxiumum per family.  If you register online and want the family discount, you will need to pay the full price and we will refund the appropriate amount offline. There are a limited number of scholarships available.  To qualify,we must have proof of free or reduced lunch, a copy of an Oregpn Trail Card, or a letter briefly explaining the reason for the need.  Please submit the proof with the registration form.  We ask a $25 fee and/or volunteer help on fields and fundraising.

Age divisions are: U6 (3v3), U8 (4v4), U9 (6v6), U10 (8v8), U11(8v8), U12 (11v11), and U14 (11v11).  U9 and under are coed; U10 and above are same gender teams. The "U" signifies "under" for age levels (e.g. U6 means under age 6). Age placement is based on a child's age on 8-1-08. Kids can play up (i.e. play with older children), but are not allowed to play down (i.e. play with younger children). We make every effort to honor a request of a child playing up, so long as their safety isn't compromised. We do our best to honor requests for a certain coach or a certain child (e.g. a sibling or friend), however there are situations that prevent us from meeting every request.

Most teams have practice two nights a week, starting in August.  Games start the week after Labor Day.  U6 and U9 Teams have games on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00pm for ten games.  U8 teams have games on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm for ten games.  Once games begin, most U6, U8 and U9 coaches discontinue practices.  U6, U8, and U9 games are played on various fields in the Forest Grove/Cornelius area.  U10-U14 teams play games on Saturdays (and practice two days during the week) starting the Saturday after Labor Day through just before Thanksgiving, playing on fields in Forest Grove, Cornelius, Hillsboro, Banks, St. Helens, Scappoose, and Tillamook.
